Walktell (Album Release show)
Walktell (Album Release show)
Walktell aka Jake Wachtel, is a dedicated peripatetic making psych pop on instruments from all over the world. Far In, Walktell's second album, features no less than 44 different instruments, all performed by Wachtel himself. The sound is, quite literally, Global Harmony. Neutral Milk Hotel, and Shugo Tokumaru, and Beck caravaning from Paris to Phnom Penh circa 1972.

Onstage, Walktell is joined by Griff Bazzeghin (drums) and Sam Carpenter (bass) of Indian Oven, to make some eminently danceable, rhythm-driven funky uke pop, with guest appearances by instruments from all over the Eastern Hemisphere.
Daniel Steinbock
Daniel Steinbock
Daniel Steinbock was born and raised in the California coastal range north of the Golden Gate, a singer and songwriter in the sublime lyrical tradition of Sam Beam and Leonard Cohen. Pre-apocalyptic love songs and spare folk poems — by turns sweet, sad, and sexy — sung by a singular voice. He has self-released two EPs, "Sea Inside" (2011) and "The Blade" (2012), and is currently at work on his first full-length record, "Out of Blue," co-produced by Bart Budwig, and due out early next year.
Rosie Cima
Rosie Cima
Rosie Cima is a singer songwriter born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her parents brought her up on Meat Loaf, Tracy Chapman and Janis Joplin, and when she first learned to sing it came out as a growl.

Cima's songwriting style is eclectic but grounded in the folk/blues tradition. Trained as a journalist, her songs tell stories, often almost uncomfortably personal, shot-through with a thread of humor. Her lyrics are about breakups, hookups, car crashes, television, family, the desert, the blues, and the spaces between things. In the words of the poet Robert Hass, "Longing, we say, because desire is full of endless distances."

In 2016 she toured California with musical collective/mutant art bus Splendor All Around. She's currently recording her debut album for release in September 2017.
